Nicole Richie, Lindsay Lohan and Mary-Kate Olsen are just some famous names to be recalled instantly in relation with size zero or people who are very skinny. These three bright celebrities are issued with eating disorder since their rapid weight loss is no longer something amazing, but more to scary because what left on them are just skin and bones. Eating disorder and becoming extremely thin seems to be the trend these days.
Although research findings show that eating disorder inherited or appear to run in family, most people see the driven factor of eating disorder is environment and the mindset of being attractive when you are skinny particularly for woman.
People with anorexia are quiet and able to control their great depression, able to manage their mood swings and act like they are just fine in front of others. On the other hand, people with bulimia tend to be aggressive and extreme, they are unable to control their mood and they usually binge eating on junk food. The result of eating disorder will effect central nervous system which not only effect mental health such as depression, but also other organs such as kidney and liver functions.
Finally, with the increasing number of young women who adopted this kind of diet, I think it is time for everyone to start concerning about adopting healthy diet. To lose weight, a balance diet with nutritionist and regular exercise are still the best and highly recommended way. Since helps are available everywhere, from books, magazine articles or consult with a doctor if needed, you should not be worried and if you want to lose weight, be optimist and start with a healthy mindset of achieving you realistic goal.
